What this category is for
Help & Support is where you ask questions when something isn’t working — a board that won’t connect, a sketch that won’t compile, a widget that won’t update, or a server that won’t start. If you’re trying to get something running and you’re stuck, this is the place.
How it’s different from the other categories
- Getting Started explains how things are supposed to work. Help & Support is for when they don’t.
- Community Projects is for showing what you’ve built. Help & Support is for fixing what’s broken.
- Feature Requests is for things InstantIoT can’t do yet. Help & Support is for things that should work but aren’t.
What a good topic here looks like
The more you give, the faster you get an answer:
- What you’re trying to do, and what happens instead.
- Your board (ESP32, ESP8266, variant) and mode (Direct or Server).
- The relevant part of your sketch, and any error message — paste it as text, not a screenshot, so it’s searchable.
- What you’ve already tried.
